If its any use..I use to smoke 100 roll ups a day, from 430am till
930-10pm,,,fingers,tongue,teeth like liquorice coloured…on Feb 1st 2002
my online friends said to me stop……. I just said yeaaah ok…. This is
what helped.
Everytime I fancied I reached for my mobile,(same
shape as tin and lighter or a cig packet?) I started composing
messages,grammar CORRECT,every T crossed,every I dotted,capitals in
place, commas,EVERYTHING,real fiddly keys and concentration….texted about
ANYthing,weather,blog,short story,gobblygooch ANYTHING….. when message
pages full, urges had gone,(mind was concentrated when I was occupied so
was hands,so delete text…..next day same,then next,next,after 10 days
body is clear its then ALL in your mind (I still get urges don’t get me
wrong, half a cig would start me off again Im sure.)
The final day,the text you type is I AM A NONE SMOKER and send it to your best friend….
Good luck ….
