When I created this blog I was unfamiliar with the structure for separating one subject for another and posted what are now separate subjects as Replies to previous Replies.
I had a sequence in mind that has been lost in recreating the subject matter as a separate item. The original sequence can be viewed at

Grieving Cancer
There are more to add but each subject will stand on its own but is best opened in the above sequence.
