The dust is now settling and things are starting to feel more normal.Dad goes tommorrow Wednesday 22 July to see the ent folks again to discuss the path forward now he's not having the radiotherapy.Appatently a schedule will be discussed.Im not going with them ,I offered but mum said they'd be ok.Lets hope they take in and understand what's being said...and ask questions if they don't understand.
We've booked to go to Cornwall in October ,not everyone's idea of a good time but they'll be no restrictions on the beaches for our dog ,it'll be quiet and no bloody kids anywhere.Mum and Dad are hopefully going to be there too .
So a kind of normal a new normal is starting to take shape...a normal where my dad is liveing with cancer and taking each day as it comes and hoping that he's a good few years left to enjoy life.
Let's get him to his 80 birthday in January that's the goal .

We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
