Here is confirmation of Jax's funeral arrangements for anyone wishing to offer a a prayer or spend a few moments remembering her, some people asked for information and not everyone uses FB.
Monday 5th September 2011
Her cremation will take place at 2pm, followed by a church service at 3pm
