Well it may be the the last 24 hours of 2013 but they have come and gone without much incident for me to report at all. Managed another half cup of tea for breakfast this morning, now feel a bit sicker than normal. I was told this recovery phase may have the one day forward and two steps back feeling but to be fair I don't think I can quantify or recognise a full step forward yet! Had a shock when getting into bath this morning as my lack of buttocks due to weight loss meant quite a heavy landing without the accustomed padding. So that's about the highlight of my life today, looking forward to getting the non event of New year celebrations out of the way and not having a hangover tomorrow morning.
