After a broken but long nights rest to a mouth tasting like a rats lair. Just chillin beans when all meds arrived, and porter to get me to radiotherapy and I was still in queue for shower. I quickly (too quickly) got meds down and had my RT (only 4 left to do now) then had a nice shower and now just waiting for some family visitors later this afternoon. In 3 weeks time I am really hoping to have turned the corner and although the thought of being able to glug a pint of cold orange juice and lemonade is just a dream at the minute I hope by mid Feb that will be a reality. Managed loads of rest this eve but now its payback time at 11pm and I am in pain and not tired! Mouth and throat burning from inside out and external neck skin has reddened. Wish I cud just get head down for 8 hours but it just aint gonna happen! At least I have a cool bed that can be a sit up or a flat as u like at the touch of the button, might as well have a play of that now...
