Another lovely day in Wiltshire but what an awful night's sleep. Mouth was drier than a dry thing and tasted of a weathered and worn flip flop. Needed to sip water constantly through the night and feel tired to say the least this morning. I am hoping it is the Pepsi I drank for supper that caused this, but fear that the resumption of RT this week is the culprit.... Off to see my consultant today prior to RT#7, the only pain I have is the right shoulder (too much weightlifting the other day!!) and a strange tingling sensation in right side of neck, exactly where my lump was removed from (either it is a coincidence or more than likely the RT team have done their sums right and are targetting accurately). Wii Fit reports a weight gain of 1lb for the week (formal weigh in at hospital tomorrow) which is good - remembering that I need to keep weight on until end of RT (diet starting in January - if needed!). Popping into work briefly to tie up a few loose ends later today and then hope to get up to coach some judo from the matside this evening if not too tired...
