Woke up to a beautiful sunny day, after what can only be described as 'broken' sleep. Mouth feels drier already - probably more to do with the saltwater gargles, which brings back (fond) memories of a swim across the Solent a couple of years back! Still it is a nice day so off for a 30 minute run with the dog. Legs felt stronger today after their shakeout yesterday so managed to cover a bit more distance, and put the snails back into their 'slow lane box'. Quick shower, bite to eat and then off for Zapp 2.
Meeting with top consultant today who might actually explain to me what, how and where they are firing the RT - hope they are zapping the right side of my neck (hopefully the eyeholes will be cut out of my mask today so I can have a sneaky peek as to what is going on). Reminder set to pick up neck cream (just a bit red at minute, but prevention is better than cure!)
Will send an update once back from hospital. By the way the music is chosen by the hospital, it is not my playlist, although I do like The Kinks! Laters...
