An afternoon out

Less than one minute read time.
Worst day in some time started with violent sickness at around 0530Hrs resulting in the calling out of the emergency doctor who arrived within an hour with a shot of anti sickness meds a cheery " that should cure it and off he left". An hour later the and no more sickness but feeling rough we set off for salisbsury A and E dept where we were quickly admitted and after several tries blood was taken. Blood results came back with high potassium levels and resists scanners were place on standby, this was so scary to think that after all I had been through my heart was going to start to cause further complications to the Recovery Plan. Emotions were at rock bottom buts Thankfully an ECG Trace revealed that all was normal in this area. This was a massive relief and a reminder that this battle has still to be won. The heart scans sere not required but further a do and chest ones were which again ruled out any infections, after being given plenty of fluids and advice I was released back home feeling drained to say the least.

Have a hug Dave.  Plenty of sleep and rest and you'll get there.  You'll soon be in that garden pub of yours sipping a beer and watching the football. x

Poor you Dave, what a worry. Try to take it steady and keep your fluids up. All will be well sooner than you know but don't forget it's still very early days yet. Thinking of you. xxx
