In January I had my sixtyfirst birthday. In that week I was recalled for review following my mammogram in December. Shocked and scared to find that the discrepancy on the mammogram was in fact invasive ductal cancer. My daughter decided I should give it a name so after a few suggestions we settled on Donald as it was ducktal! Like the rest of us here it's been a steep learning curve with added roller coaster.
Today was my MRI and I'm expecting the results next week. I think it will be good to have a plan and more information about Donald. Hopefully he won't be here for long.
