I've got into the much anticipated spell without the cap tablets - joy! and wondering why I feel down. I've managed to get on more with 'life' since the arm and hand tingling disappeared but cannot quite adjust to the feeling of low energy. It was particularly cruel when we went to a National Trust property, Mottisfont in Hampshire. This was day 11. It was a lovely day, we had a short 'introductory' tour of the grounds, then lunch. I didn't have the energy for a wetlands walk (1 hr) and found even going round the beautiful rose gardens was so tiring that I was happy to leave by 3 pm. Not the usual energetic visits we enjoy. It restricts my lovely husband's outing too, though he never complains.
I know this is a minor side effect, so I need to buck up and be more positive! Bring back the sunshine!
