Can anyone tell me how and if it is possible to get a copy of my pathology report from the hospital as I was not offered it when I was diagnosed back in 2010. I am absolutely fine at present and would just like to see it for myself.

I believe you are entitled to see your medical files. I have a friend who wanted to see hers. I know she had to apply in writing to the hospital where she was treated and there was a small fee to pay. They then took about a month to arrive. I remember her saying she found all the procedure somewhere on the NHS website.
You could also try ringing the Macmillan Support Line. They are always very helpful.
Submit a Subject Access Request to the Trust you received your treatment from. Be as specific as you can because it helps to speed things up. If you need any help let me know.
