Can anyone tell me how and if it is possible to get a copy of my pathology report from the hospital as I was not offered it when I was diagnosed back in 2010. I am absolutely fine at present and would just like to see it for myself.

Having been diagnosed with melanoma back in November last year, I have since been to theatre twice. The first time was 24/12/10 as a day case to have the majority of the cancer removed and then I had to go back on 14/01/11 to have the rest of the surgery completed. It was done in two parts due to it being close to Christmas.
