Hi Guys, I had full mastectomy, ld flap & full node (35) removal 4 weeks ago today to the date! Can anyone let me know how long the recovery is for the horrible tigtness in back & weird sensations under arm coming around to the chest. I can cope with pain but this seems horrendous at times. Im also really paranoid about the "cording"& "lymphodema". I am doing the exercises daily but am finding it very difficult to raise…
