Well, it was results day yesterday, and I got a mixed bag really.
There is no further evidence of carcinoid in my ovary which is brilliant, I may be able to save them now!! But they have found (in the preliminary report) a mild but definite uptake in the Caecum, which is near the appendix. This may be the primary source.
This means, next step colonoscopy and another follow up!
I think on the whole this is good news, it would appear that it hasnt got anywhere too serious...
