Short hair and wearing wig!!!

Less than one minute read time.

My hair had been coming out for a week was really getting me down as longish and very dark so there seems to be hair everywhere, even in the dishwasher! Decided this morning to get my lovely hubby to cut it much shorter and start wearing my wig,  I dreaded it and we were both really nervous but thank goodness I did I feel so much better and back in control! Has to be a bonus at the moment, can't control much else x

    hi pauline

well done you i know just what you mean none of us have much control as to what is happening to our bodies so to take back a little control feels good .i did cry when mine started to fall out and like you my hair was dark i just didn't like the way it made me look really sick but i didn't feel ill so i shaved it off with the help of paul (my other half ) who shaved the back ,i really did feel much better and i liked my bald head ,never did get on wth my wig so bandanna or hats or just bald the postman got a scare lol

i've come out the other end now finished in nov and i have quite a head of hair good to see it back

so i'm just wishing you all the best and it is only for a few months take care

Well done, mine was elbow length and very curly, I shaved it, it's a lot less traumatic, good luck with all your treatments
