MRI music

Less than one minute read time.
Having an MRI tomorrow to check out the two new lesions on my liver. I prefer to take my own music & this time I've chosen Hazel O'Connor's Breaking Glass

    You drink your coffee and,
I sip my tea and we're,
sitting here, playing so cool thinking "what will be, will be"

    It's getting kinda late now.
I wonder if you'llstay now, stay now, stay now, stay now or,
will you just politely say "goodnight".

I move a little closer to you,
not knowing quite what to do and I'm,
    feeling all fingers and thumbs.
I spill my tea, oh silly me!

    It's getting kinda late now.
I wonder if you'llstay now, stay now, stay now, stay now or,
will you just politely say "goodnight".

And then we touch; much too much
this moment has been waiting for a long, long time.
It makes me shiver, makesmakes me quiver,
This moment I am so unsure, this moment I have waited for
is it someting you've been waiting for?
    Waiting for too?

Take of your eyes, bare your soul.
Gather me to you and make me whole.
Tell me your secrets, sing me the song.
Sing it to me in the silent tongue

    It's getting kinda late now.
I wonder if you'llstay now, stay now, stay now, stay now or,
will you just politely say "goodnight".

    UNDER RATED GRITY BUT SOFT

    good choice

I can't imagine a world without music. In my case it is the one constant bright light in my life since my cancer diagnosis in 2000. Tomorrow I will be going into hospital to have yet another "feeding button" fitted. From the moment I leave the house my earphones will be in place and my i pod on. It contains every type of music imaginable  - Gosh Groban, Garth Brooks ,Andrea Bocelli and some good old Irish country music. to name but a few. Firstly it shortens the 3 hour journey there, and once the procedure is over and I'm "detained" for a further 4 hours while the sedation wears off my music will while the time away.

In my opinion it is the best tonic I know when my spirits are low. There is always one tune or another which will instantly lift me up, and long may it be that way.

I will paraphrase here and write "if music be the food of life PLAY ON!!

    Katalog.
