    Hi  All

Sorry it has been so long since and update, but many things have happened in the past few months.  Most good things.

Treatment went well with no problems, the Radiotherapy staff were great.  Well done Ninewells, especially Claire, Margaret and paul

Apartment in Turkey has now been completed, out in June, starting furnishing, out again in September to complete furnishing

Back to work Full-time on Monday (not so good news), was beginning to enjoy being of work, but needs call.

Made many new friends through the Maggies Centre at Ninewells, Dundee

Completed my goal to climb Ben Nevis, in May 09, after completing treatment at end of January, albeit in terrible weather, snow, blizzards, white out conditions.   The Malt whisky was very welcome on my return.

Have managed to raise about £600.oo on behalf of the Maggies Centre.

My view was if you must climb Ben Nevis, do for a good cause.

Finally the best news came three weeks ago my PSA  level has now dropped to 1.1.  (12.4 before start of treatment).  Being greedy now, want PSA to drop to 0.75 or lower.

Advice,  keep positive and pray for better health

    Cheers All

    Sandy
