For a month now my mum has been trying to contact the Macmillan Nusres that her and my dad had a meeting with when he was first diagnosed with terminal Lung Cancer. So far no-one has rung her back, even after leaving several messages. And she is now feeling very down about it.
I think that although family and friends are there to help, she needs the help of the nurses on a more practical level to answer questions…
