never mind rain but pours its now a monsoon

1 minute read time.

well following on from the op on monday my face has been really sore and the wound leaking my left check is all swollen and very painful. yesterday i i was supposed to collect hubby and son from hospital however when i dropped the boys to mums she wouldnt let me drive and arranged an emergency gp appointment as i was burning up and not with it due to the pain, doctor diagnosed it was infected and put me on two lots of antibiotics and painkillers which hopefully are starting to kick in now. this didnt happen last time but this time it took them longer and they had trouble controlling the bleeding after so they were pulling and tugging at my face for ages. so mum arranged taxis to and from teh doctors for me and i was sent to bed when i got home. hubby and son got taxi home from  from hospital so poor hubby and eldest son have been running around after the pair of us all day. hubby back at work today so eldest son looking after baby and mother in law coming round later so i can go back to bed. son was diagnosed with food poisoning from his camp so has to rest in bed and he is on painkillers too. as the title says it doesnt rain but pour in our house but now its verging on monsoon. we aslo have new freezer being delivered today and i hve got to be well for tomorrow as son gets his gcse results then signs on at college.  well enough wafle time to go

  • Oh, you poor thing! Don't try to run before you can walk - go to bed and stay there to get your strength back. Your family will have to function without you... and the bonus is they will appreciate all that you do normally!

well cheered up a lot as son got 10 gcses so we are so proud of him particulalry as he finds learning a challenge yet puts his heart into everything he does. been to college and he is now enrolled on a level 3 engineering diploma he was due to do level 2 but managed to resit the test and acheived level 3 so even more chuffed for him. and all down to his hard work and the tutor who could see the potential in him to boost him to acheive level 3.  had to have my scar redressed today as due to the infection the dressing came off. it is not a neat as last time and is in fact all puckered at the bottom so hope it sorts itself out when the stiches are out on tuesday.
