Last night Sal noticed, for the first time, that her hair was coming out. Not in huge clumps yet but definitely coming out whenever she ran her fingers through it. So, it has to come off.

On leaving hospital on Tuesday Sal was given an appointment card detailing when her Hickman Line fitting would be done. She was told tomorrow, Friday.

Sal should be ready to come out of hospital soon so in preparation I am spending today deep cleaning the house. Every surface and everything on every surface will be vacuumed and wiped down with antiseptic wipes. Floor vacuumed, door handles antiseptic wiped.

A great excuse to give the house a spring clean anyway so well worth doing!

In Sal's words this morning "I feel great!". Plan today is for Sal to try to stay out…
