Awww well I hope there are plenty around you who can help and support you through the next days/weeks/months so that you can keep your Mum comfortable. Now is the time to have some conversations telling her your favourite memories and how much youlove her - it will be hard but it will give you great comfort in the aftermath. Good luck with everything and keep popping back on to let us know how you are getting along. Sending you some strength hun, Love Jools xxxxxx

Its good your bringing your mum home to be with her family, like Jools sais make the most of this time although I know it will probably be the most heart renshing and difficult time of your life, treasure the time you have with your mum, make sure you get all the help you can from your GP and contact Macmillan nurses, to see if they can help, Wishing you strengh, take care Love Lily
