Aw, so sorry to hear you are so low. Tears are the body's way of healing itself. You will have many many more to come, but don't be afraid to let them out. Like Nic says it can help a bit.

There is nothing wrong with tears - they wash the pain from the soul and each is a drop of pur love you shared.
Know you are in pain but close your eyes please, You breath in slowly and bet you smell her perfume, do not try too hard - just realax, maybe 2 or 3 breaths but she is there Mate.
Next try to relax, lay your hand on something soft - maybe a cushion as you sit in her chair or where she sat on the sofa when she was well.
Let you mind wander, remember your wedding, remember the birth of you boy - remember the joy - that inner glow Can you feel the pressure on your fingers, the tingle she is there - she is in your heart - she will never leave you and your love will never die
As John says just close your eyes and you will hear her voice saying I Love You. These things will stay with you for the rest of your life. Julie is not far away. Look after yourself.
