1 minute read time.

Hi there,,, its 2 days til I see the Liver specialist, and getting more nervous by the day, its feels like my life is on pause lol....The pain in my right side seems to be manageable apart from the sudden outbursts which take my breath away and make me feel sick. Hopefully I will get a dae for the op when I go on wednesday, fingers crossed.

On a happier note.... My Grandaughter is 4 today, doesnt time fly.... I was present at the birth and it was amazing. She stayed with me and granda on sat night and what fun we had. We went shopping for kiddies makeup and on returing home she done my face up and when it was finished I looked like a smurf lol, She painted my toe nails and my toes lol, and she loved it, said it was her job and I had to pay her for working.... shes not daft lol.

Yesterday My hubby took me to Edinburgh and what a lovely day we had...We had lunch in the Burger place at Ocean Terminal, then did a little shopping, he got me a birthstone charm for my charm bracelet and its lovely. Then we had a tour of Her Majestys Royal Yaught Britania, was very interesting. On returing home we stopped at a roadside cafe for coffee, the staff in there were really nice. When we got home I was blummin knackered. We tried all day to laugh away the pain and had a great time.

Well thank you for reading my blog.....Yvonne (Mussette)xxxxx

    Hello Yvonne,

Just to wish you luck when you go to see the specialist, here's hoping that you get a date for your operation. It is indeed a nerve-wracking time waiting for treatments to be sorted but when all is underway then it's all go.

Yes, grandchildren do bring much joy and they do help you to be strong and get through this unwanted journey ...... we have another granddaughter now and I'm still here to enjoy her.

Lucky you getting on board Her Majesty's ' Britannia ' ....... I'm jealous, but maybe one day I'll have my dream come true and get that trip on one of the Cunard Queens ! Take care.
