joint pain and arm pain

Less than one minute read time.

ok need advice again, is the pain in the shoulders, elbows, right hip and arms normal, it feels like i have bashed myself but havent and hurts to lay down - hence why i am siting up at 11.30 at night! i do feel bruised but have no bruising, have had no bumps but its weird and painful, not painful enough that i need tablets or a doctor but painful enough that typing is hard - so short one tonight

also to all, stay strong and positive as we ride this damn train - xxx

wendy... unfortunately ...with chemo it is quite normal.... i found the weirdest bit was the pain in my heels... which made it difficult to walk down my stairs... especially first thing in the morning....  you will probably feel especially "bruised" in your chemo arm...its not like any other pain you will experience... i think its unique to chemo.... mine started to ease off when i finished my chemo... and was almost back to normal in about 6 months....

    good luck... your doing great

fec 100 for me .... i know everyone is different, but i seemed to get a little better with each one... symptom wise, except they had to give me the anti sickenss first for the last 2 (had 8) as i threw up session 5 and 6  While having it... how embarressing!  but i recovered quicker and was less fatigued... hope its the same for you (cept the sickness lol)
