Had a great night's sleep, no pain at all. So hopefully that's it until the next cycle starts again. Only 3 more to go.
I have not needed any Metoclopramide at all so far which is fantastic. I have been taking regular Laxido because of the iron pills I need, plus the Codeine I've had to take for the last few days, but will try a day without them today to see how things are moving on their own.
Energy levels are quite low today but I have been out for a little walk this afternoon we stopped for a few rest breaks. I needed a sit down after peeling some potato's it's not taking much to zap my energy levels but that's fine, I can cope with that at the moment.
