Started waking up just after 2am again but managed to snooze until just after 4 am. Had a good day, went for a walk just over a mile this morning. I have had the start of face flushes this afternoon so took a antihistamine, I'm not running a temperature so all is good. Feel a little tired, so might go up to bed earlier tonight. Going to have pancakes and banana first though.
