First few days at home

I panic about things, so far I have suspected:

• Overdose of paracetamol - be warned there is a limit to how many you can take in 24 hours, I was exceeding this, luckily realised fairly quickly
• Blood clot - my ankle went a bit pink and my foot had been a bit “fizzy”
• Migraine - slight visual disturbances
• Septic wound - wound very slightly weapy and red
• Bowels not working properly - all the time but then I have had bowel surgery

Apart from that I am recovering very well and managing short walks. I am taking it easy and not lifting heavy things.
