Went out on a work errand and was just parking when the nurse phoned, most apologetic for not phoning yesterday.
PETSCAN showed nothing extra apart from a hot spot on my throat, probably nothing (but I heard that about my liver) I will need an ultrasound on it, quite possibly after my op though. Apparently a lot of people have hot spots on their throats…
I said I felt a bit forgotten and she reassured me I wasn’t, she ran through a few things about the operation and answered some concerns I had. She did say it could be op, three months of chemo, second op so that would take me up to November.
It is going to be a long haul, but I’m not surprised.
