The worst part of this was remembering not to eat! The bowel prep wasn’t too bad.
I think I went into my appointment slightly early and it wasn’t too bad an experience.
I was asked which was my best arm for veins and I said “I’m afraid it is that one”, then got asked if I was on blood thinners. I said no and the radio therapist said “it’s my fault for mucking it up then” so I expected a large bruise, but didn’t get one.
The cup of tea afterwards was one of the best I had ever tasted, I wanted the rest of the pot (although it seems unlikely that a pot was involved).
Now just an anxious wait for the results.
