More news also bad

Less than one minute read time.

How much more bad news can they give me ?

We were given the results of the last 2 scans its in her Kidneys and in the bone as well as the brain .

Dr Jane told mum that there is no need to see the nerologist ,-i think up till now she thought he was going to give her a cure.

The news had finally sunk in to her so very hard when your mum says Jayne i'm coming home to die !

We cried together , i cried all the way home ,then i cried when i saw John (my husband ) and we cried.

Tonight i have to take a dance rehearsal for a concert my mum won't see. The first one she will miss in the 10years my Theatre group have been performing .

Life will go on .

Very bad day .

Just came across your post and want to say firstly so sorry for the shock that you must all be feeling right now. Also can I ask who is Dr. Jane, is she a cancer specialist? if not then I think you should ask for an urgent referral to one asap as they will know the best treatment plan for your Mum. Even if she is not going to benefit from an operation such as a nephrectomy(kidney surgery) she should be under a cancer specialist! Also she should be referred to a macmillan nurse, they are indispensible for the advice and help they can offer.

    Wishing you all the best
