So after all the ups and downs I have finally been told I am now in remission my MRI scan came back clear and there is no more sign of the cancer. :-)) Everyone is over the moon and we are now in full on wedding planning mode.
Still worry about it coming back but for now we are just enjoying life.
I have recently started with some pain which I think is due to the radiotherapy and am waiting to hear back from the oncologist. The pain tends to be worst at night and in the morning. My GP gave me some tablets but they don't seem to be doing right much so it’s just waiting now till I can see the oncologist again next week (hopefully)
So a big thank you to everyone who has sent me messages via here and Facebook over the last 7 months . I am still going to continue blogging and I am attending a gynaecological cancer support group next week so hopefully I can be supported and support other people who are maybe just starting out on their cancer journey .
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
