Markus has double pneumonia, and the situation is serious, said the oncologist today. They are trying to stop the infection, but his blood tests were still not good yesterday. He is having lots of morphine, so he's not in pain, lots of antibiotics, and he had some intravenous nutrition (looks like milK!) yesterday, which he coped with well. His temperature was down this morning - it just has to stay down now!
So here's hoping my tenacious husband can keep up his tenacity.

PP I am sorry Marcus is so poorly. Hopefully the treatment he is on will improve his condition. Don't forget about yourself though. You also need to be looked after. Easy to say this, but give yourself some love too. It is important to keep yourself healthy so that you can cope with whatever is being thrown at you.
