Markus has double pneumonia, and the situation is serious, said the oncologist today. They are trying to stop the infection, but his blood tests were still not good yesterday. He is having lots of morphine, so he's not in pain, lots of antibiotics, and he had some intravenous nutrition (looks like milK!) yesterday, which he coped with well. His temperature was down this morning - it just has to stay down now!
So here's hoping my tenacious husband can keep up his tenacity.
Aw Puss I am so sorry to hear Marcus is so poorly, you have had a rough time lately, and I hope you both get through this ok. It must be a very difficult time for you and just want you to know my thoughts are with you.
