Markus update.

Less than one minute read time.
Markus has double pneumonia, and the situation is serious, said the oncologist today. They are trying to stop the infection, but his blood tests were still not good yesterday. He is having lots of morphine, so he's not in pain, lots of antibiotics, and he had some intravenous nutrition (looks like milK!) yesterday, which he coped with well. His temperature was down this morning - it just has to stay down now! So here's hoping my tenacious husband can keep up his tenacity.

Life is not being kind to you two at the moment, its problem after problem. I am sure everybody is thinking about you but people just dont know what to say to try and ease your pain and anguish..I discovered faith when I was diagnosed, I had never thought about it before but I found it helped when the unexpected shocks kept arriving, it stopped me from losing it completely.

Life can be so cruel.   Bill xxx

Pat I was so sorry to read that Markus is so poorly, they say God never gives you more than you can cope with but O do sometimes wonder about that. I do hope they are able to sort him out and that he will soon be back home where he belongs

I've been away for a couple of days and have only just seen your blogs.  I do hope by now Markus is responding to treatment - and that you're managing to get some rest.  He's such a fighter.  Sending you both much love and big hugs xxxx
