Jay managed to get a few weeks of recovery prior to starting radiotherapy.
Every day for 30 days which from what I can gather is a lot.
We’re a little over half way through. Soft food quickly shifted to liquidised food to liquids only. He’s swollen, ulcerated, tired but doing it. He’s incredible. Our house is full of food supplements and pharmacy bags. Routine governed by hospital appointments, of which there are many. I’m praying that side effects won’t worsen too much more in the next few weeks, as I know NG feeding will really upset him.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
