  • My Diary --a morning on my own.

    Ray had to go and look at a friends Computer so he actually left me on my own.

    He is always there running after me and doing things that I dont get five minutes to myself, so it was good and I cleaned and polished the kitchen and hovered all through and just enjoyed myself.

    But I was glad to see him when he returned and we had lunch while he told me how he got on.

  • My Diary --a sunny monday

     stayed up late last night and watched the wonderful film of Mo (Moland) with Julie Walters taking the part.

    It portrayed  Cancer and the treatment so well and also how Mo fought on and lived a full life. A true inspiration.

    The day has been so sunny again that it looked like summer until you stepped outside and saw the frost still at 2pm in the day and Ice puddles that were so dangerous if you stood on them.

  • My Diary A day at the seaside

    It was a very cold day that we woke to so we let the sun get higher and had a Vegetarian lunch of Mexican Bean Burger as I'm trying to go slowly to a Vegetarian as this is highly recommended by the experts on Cancer.

    Its not easy though.

    We went for a drive to Reculver again and have taken some photos so I will put them on this blog while I have this break in the medical side of of my illness…

  • My Diary for today

    Seasalter beach today

    How cold will it get again as it has been so bitter although the sun has beamed away when the sun went down everything has frozen.

    The Pond has had a sheet off ice all day.

    I would love to get out and tidy the garden up and I wait for a spring sort of day to do it.

    Ray has put new batteries in the Solar garden lights ready for me to put them where I want them.

  • My Diary --Another Swine Flu jab

    Had a brilliant nights sleep, I seem to be sleeping so well since the Chemo –apart from the 2 nights the dog was woken up by something in the garden.

    Almost 42 days since the chemo ended and Im getting stronger and can feel a difference in my well being except for the afternoon naps.

    The sea was rough and the wind was very cold
