It was a very cold day that we woke to so we let the sun get higher and had a Vegetarian lunch of Mexican Bean Burger as I'm trying to go slowly to a Vegetarian as this is highly recommended by the experts on Cancer.
Its not easy though.
We went for a drive to Reculver again and have taken some photos so I will put them on this blog while I have this break in the medical side of of my illness.
We were amazed at how many people also had the same idea as the car park was full so we went for a walk along the walk way that is 5 miles long and we have cycled and walked many times to Minnis Bay and back.
There is a cafe both end's which you are very happy about and have had tea and something to eat each time.
Not to day though as apart from the cafe being closed (there is a publicHouse though) it was far to bitter windy to even try to go to far.
We had a walk about taking photos and gave the dog his run so he was happy to get back to the car as we were.
On the way home we followed the Coastal road and everywhere the cars were as busy as if it was a sunny summers day.
Hernebay, Hampton, Tankerton, and then Whitstable High Street was packed it was amazing.
When we got in I got the Roast beef Dinner on (well I said it would be hard).
Today has been a Good day.
