One thing I've learned as a cancer patient is patience. Everything seems to take so long.
I've had two visits to Harefield Hospital now. The first to Dr Mcgonigle following the referral from Dr Mukherjee. He said he didn't know why I'd been referred to him as he doesn't do radio frequency ablation (RFA). He then said he thought I was suitable for that and got the CNS nurse to speak to me. Julie was lovely and explained it all, and how Dr Dalal worked. The next visit was to see Dr Dalal -all went well and now waiting for an appointment to have it done. Oh, and there are now 6 tumours in my right lung.
