Hi guys..................My hair is starting to grow back, I've been beautifully bald for almost a year!
Before cancer I had waist length dark hair with pink flashes in it, now I am wearing a short light coloured wig and it is not acceptable to my grown kids! WHY, it makes me look weird and normal!
Didn't know I wasn't normal, there you go, you learn something about yourself every day!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a very sensible wig with short silver grey curls - just like my own hair . . . But if I wear a wig at all, it tends to be my 'slut wig', which is straight, shoulder length and blonde with dark roots! You go for it Carol - purple is just SO your colour! BTW - I am now giving Dennis Healey serious competition in the eyebrow department! How are yours doing? Do you have a photo of you wearing the 'normal' wig?
hi carol i got a wig that was called the posh bob[ bet you cant guess who that was named after ] i didn't get because of anything to do with the beckhams it was the only wig i liked . im not keen on wearing it because after a while it gives me headache plus it itches sometimes so this middle aged woman is walking down the street sratching at her head looking like shes lousey plus on many occations i have knocked it side ways or i am showin a lot more forehead than i should .many times i only find this out when i look in a shop window as my wonderfull kids think its hillarious for mum to walk around like this..my hair is also growing back now different colour to my real colour plus alittle more grey and curly always wanted curly hair so a problem.two of my daughters have got very curly & what do they do straighten i will embrace my new culrs with love agre with you carol my eyebrows have taken over the planettake care everyone love n hugs theresa xxx
