Woke up this morning with the worst headache that i've had on radiotherapy (thus far). Not completely debilitating but still painful enough to have a day in the PJs watching 'How clean is your house?' And do I feel smug that my house is cleaner than some of these people? I sure do. I confess to being a bit of a hoarder but not to the level of these mingers. Lordy! How can these people live with all the cat hair and dead (and living) insects? Ikky! I suppose that we all have little visitors in our houses that we don't know about. But not the wee encrusted around the loo that hasn't been cleaned since the person has moved in - about ten years. Smelly boys. Double ikky. Shudders.

I love to watch that programme JD, no matter how bad it looks, I know my house has never and will never reach those levels of ikkyness!! Even with 2 long haired cats, fond of ripping chunks out of themselves and each other, I can still see what colour my carpet is!
Hope your headache passes, but do not reach for the hoover any time soon.
Chill out and leave these people alone. Avoid being judgemental. I work in Psychiatry, but don't assess them for hoarding. Check the mirror prior to condeming others.
You're probably right that i'm being judgemental but I don't think that i'm 'condeming' others. I don't think it is unreasonable to assume that people will clean their toilet every ten years despite their hoarding issues.
Chill out yourself, Ummagumma, she's having a bit of a laugh and some light relief from feeling shitty. I like to watch 'How to look good naked' because it makes me feel I've got a great figure compared to some of the women who volunteer to get their kit off. If you put yourself on the telly, you have to expect people to watch and pass comment.
