So a new year and a new decade!  Doesn't seem 10 years since Heather and I celebrated the New Millennium - in our case -  at the lit  Beacon on the Frampton Meridian Line - drinking champagne!

So much has happened since then - both individually and to family and friends! Some good - some bad!

On the world stage, who can forget 9.11 2001 and the other terrorist acts around the world - Bali, Madrid and London to name…

Have just been to Israel - Galilee, Dead Sea and Jerusalem areas. It was very hot!  46C at Dead Sea which is 300 metres below normal sea level!

It was a blessed trip! Lit a candle and prayed in a church in Jerusalem.
