Help with breathlessness.

Less than one minute read time.

I have secondary lung cancer (primary bowel) and am finding that I am getting quite breathless doing ordinary stuff. I've got inhalers from the GP but I'm not sure they help. Anyone goty any tips?

Thanks, love to all Jen XX

Our local hospice runs a "breating clinic".  I went with my husband.  We both found it helped to talk about problems, and picked up lots of tips for coping.  Perhap you could get to something similar.

Hi I have had this a few time, have you had your bloods checked recently, the last time I got breathless as you describe I was anemic (not sure of thats how you spell it lol) and had a blood transfusion which helped loads.  Its worth getting checked out.  Hope this helps.

    hugs helen

Silly suggestion but would having one of those menthol nose strips help to draw more oxygen into your lungs?  Hugs xx
