    Thank you for all the kind messages, Naomi has been for her biopsy, had her ct scan and has had her "wigglies" (lines for her chemo) put in. I have written a blog to keep my thoughts from getting stuck in my head and so I don't forget what i have been told over the next few months.   • Day 3 the reality is setting in

    We set of from home this morning at a little before 8am. We had been told we needed to be at Newcastle RVI by 10.30am. We all were very positive in the car on the way over, Naomi started to feel a little sick by the time we were 3/4 of the way there but with half a "joy ride" tablet and some of her yoghurt drink she managed the journey in fine spirits.   • OMG my world has just colapsed, my 3 year old has been diagnosed with cancer in her kidney.

    Yesterday 11th August, I noticed when I took my daughters top off to get her ready for a bath she has a lump about the size of half of a tennis ball on her right side, below her rib cage. I checked the time and my doctors surgery was still open so I whisked her to the doctors not thinking about what could be wrong just knowing that a lump like that needs a doctor.
