Is there light at the end of the tunnel?

Less than one minute read time.

So here I am , I have secondary breast cancer and I am living with it. All I really want is to be able to have a semblence of a normal life where cancer doesn't creep into my conscious thought at the drop of a hat. And I may be one step closer to that, well for the time being anyway. I had a hospital appointment today and was told my last bone scan showed no new areas of disease and I do not need to go back to the hospital for three months!!! Ok so I have to carry on taking the meds but so what that really is no big deal. A second celebration is just around the corner. As of the 2nd June I will have been back at work for a whole year! Gosh time is positively flying by..Oh, I am fully aware that this is just a lull in the diseases progress, but long may the lull last.
