Well I am going to throw in my pennyworth! I am one of the old what nowers and admit I haven't used the new site as much asI used the old site, part was because I was not keen on the new format , part because I no longer felt I belonged and part was because I wanted to distance myself from becoming overreliant on the site. I have, however, continued to pop in to catch up on old friends and to see what else is going on.
I don't know if it is just my bad luck, but I always seem to come in in the middle of squabbles and arguments etc. I really don't know what is going on. We are all adults and we are all in this together, whether we are patients, carers or administrators... all of us... in this TOGETHER! We all have cancer in our lives and that should be the one thing we are fighting, not each other!
We need to put all the recent debacle behind and move on, accepting that there will be squabbles, there will be disagreements, there are bound to be in any society. But just because there is a squabble going on it does not mean we all need to be drawn into it. We all need to think about what it is that brings us here and use all our energy fighting that and not each other!
( I am sorry if i ranted and admit I have typed this with my school teacher hat on... I frequently have to sort out squabbling children!!)
Rant over... Hugs to all that want them xx
