Bloods Ok - no you cannot have a new bathroom!

Glad all systems are go for Mum's treatment and hope that it does what it says on the tin ;)

Shame about the bathroom though, did they give you a reason why not?

hey put them under some pressure if your mum is unable to safely get into the bath and feel comfortable they must assist with a change to her bathroom. Maybe she can get in the bath herself but doesnt feel safe in doing so thenshe qualifies for a grant assisted bathroom change 70 of appeals are granted so appeal and keep acopy of all your written statements to them.

I used to advocate for people who didnt have the ability to explain what the curcunstanses were for themselves.

I was about 95% succesful with the board ,they do try to help genuin cases. So put yourself about a bit , go to the C A B and ask for advise and representation at the board if you feel the need. Its important your mum gets the home she needs.
