Looking back I see I wrote in my blog entry 22.3.1975 "how great it would be if you could just take a weekend off from cancer every now and then to gather your strength and regroup".
Well Since the second stent was placed Peter has been eating very well and looks amazing he has a spring in his step again. Wow....you would never know he is inoperable and having palliative care.
We are so happy to have this respite, however brief it turns out to be.
We are treasuring every moment, went to a matinee variety show and laughed our socks off then a small fish and chip supper marvelous. we don't need the high life just more days like these.
Today is Saturday the sun is shining we are going to potter in the garden, we will not think about Wednesday when we have to set off to London for the stents to be changed.
I just wish I had the power to wave a fairy wand and give everyone here some time off to.
If I had I would wave and wave and never stop waving.
Hugs and Best Wishes To All Mushty x
