Peter's face looks sunburned, it started day after chemo , we telephoned our Chemo Nurse who says its an allergic reaction most likely to Herceptin. as he has no other symptoms advised it should fade over next few days. But it gradualy fades each day and is back in the mornings, although he has an itchy wrist tonight
I am starting to think it could be the fast tabs so he is not going to take it tomorrow he will try and swallow the ordinary tabs he was on last week.he has completed the seroids and metoclopromide so it will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow
His hair is thinning now but he is otherwise coping fine I am packing in the calories and he is still gaining weight, which is brilliant as he plummeted while he was in hospital.
I make Jelly with lucozade or smoothies and put marvel in all milk. peanut butter in gravy and soup etc so even tho his portions are small they are really biffed up. trouble is I am gaining as well :(
