Crikey this is dig deep time... Peter has been blending in with the magnolia walls and as weak as a kitten.
A post shower episode when he had palpitations, almost passed out and saw orange lights above him, made him believe he may not see Christmas so he has opened all his presents just in case.
I told him trying to rush a hot shower in a steamy bathroom with an Hb of 7 would make anyone feel dizzy etc even if they didn't have cancer.
He had two units of blood on Monday and is less dizzy and breathless, but he hasn't had the surge of energy he was anticipating.
However he is sporting a lovely new cardigan socks slippers etc and keeps saying at least I am getting some wear out of them........
His right pupil is smaller than the left and he has an almost constant headache.a ct scan is booked for 10.12.13 but this is a body scan and sadly I think we need a brain scan given his symptoms so I have asked his team to arrange this
I note that several others on here who were diagnosed about the same time as Peter are bravely facing new challenges. so I guess its where we are also heading.
Huge warm squidgy hugs to you all. Stay Strong
